How we verify every professional.
We check the original evidence, not a copy on a CV. A profile carries the date it was last verified. If any item is out of date, the profile is paused until it is renewed.
The checklist
Every item, for every professional.
- Identity: passport or national ID checked against the person on a video call.
- ICH-GCP training: certificate checked, E6(R3) version noted.
- UK GDPR and EU GDPR training: certificate checked.
- Two professional references: spoken to by phone, from a sponsor or CRO line manager in the last three years.
- CV: cross-checked against LinkedIn and at least one past sponsor or CRO contact.
- Right to work: in the countries listed on the profile.
- Insurance: professional indemnity and public liability insurance confirmed (for own-company contractors).
- Verification date: shown on every profile; re-verified every 12 months.
The badge on every profile
Each profile carries this badge with the month it was last verified. Professionals can show it on their own profiles too, so it travels with them.
