Are you a CRO?
No. We are a staffing agency. Placed professionals work under your SOPs and direction.
Who employs the contractor?
Their own company, an umbrella company, or themselves as self-employed in their country. We contract with them and with you.
How does IR35 apply?
To UK roles only. We assess IR35 status and state it in writing before the role starts.
What happens if a contractor leaves or is unavailable?
We find a replacement, with no fee for the replacement search.
What notice periods apply?
Typically two to four weeks, matched between the sponsor and the professional contracts.
How do you verify people?
We check identity, training, references, CV, right to work and insurance against the original evidence, and re-verify every 12 months. See how we verify every professional.
How quickly can someone start?
We send a shortlist within five working days, and most roles start within three weeks.
How do you charge?
An hourly, daily or FTE rate agreed in writing, on one monthly invoice. There are no retained search fees.
Do you place permanent staff?
Yes, for sponsors hiring into their own teams.
