A starting point for your budget.

The planner sizes a team from the number of sites, the countries and how you plan to monitor. It is a resourcing estimate. It is not advice on how to design or run your study, and the team you contract is your decision.

How we size teams
  • The range covers typical rates for experienced contractors in each country. A written quote should land inside it.
  • Every role is sized separately and shows its reasoning, so you can challenge it. You can change the time as your study moves between stages.
  • You pay for time agreed and worked, on one monthly invoice. There are no retained search fees.
  • Roles not listed here, such as data management, medical monitoring or QA, are quoted on request.
