Most sponsors don’t need a full-time CRA in every country. You agree the time each role needs, and that is what you pay for: four hours a month, half an FTE, or full time.
How it works
Every person on your study works for you on a contract with Baynard Thurlow. The time, scope and notice in their contract mirror your contract with us, so what you agree is exactly what you get.
- Hourly, daily, a fraction of an FTE, or full time
- Contractors engaged through their own company, as self-employed professionals in their own country, or through a compliant umbrella company
- You pay only for time agreed and worked, invoiced monthly
- Increase or reduce time as your study moves between phases
- No overseas entity, no employment costs and no long-term commitment on contract roles
- Want to keep someone? Take them on permanently later, for a fee agreed at the outset
